Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment.
• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor and communicate delivery status and risks.
• Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, data mapping, and security considerations.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams across locations.
• Establish integration testing approaches and support go-live and stabilization.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
• Contribute to Deloitte GPS practice with reusable assets and coaching.
