Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years IT/ERP project management experience with 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM/ERP implementations.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated plans across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and design decisions across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control.
• Coordinate multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve dependencies.
• Oversee organizational change management and training for user adoption.
• Manage project financials, contracts, staffing, budgeting, invoicing, and client-facing communication.
