You will serve as the primary liaison among HR, IT, and end users, manage configurations, drive system enhancements, ensure data integrity, and coordinate Oracle updates.

This 6-12 month engagement demands hands-on expertise and the ability to balance strategic planning with detailed execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Manage security, access, roles, and data privacy.

• Develop documentation and project materials.
• Lead implementation projects from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with HR partners to identify enhancements.
