Qualifications

• Must have experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM Recruitment Cloud and Global Human Resources Cloud.
• Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management.
• Must have experience driving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders with regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise packages.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
