Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Oracle HR Lead to spearhead the implementation, optimization, and management of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform. This critical role requires a seasoned HR professional with deep technical expertise in Oracle HR systems and a comprehensive understanding of human resources processes. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users, ensuring our Oracle HR system effectively supports organizational objectives and enhances employee experience.

As the Oracle HR Lead, you will be responsible for driving system enhancements, managing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity across all HR modules. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning
• Manage system security, user access, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate data privacy and compliance
• Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and business processes to align with organizational policies and procedures
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures
• Lead Oracle HR system implementation projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment
• Collaborate with HR business partners to identify system enhancement opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience
• Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI tools
• Manage quarterly Oracle updates, including testing new features, assessing impact, and coordinating deployment
