Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to lead and support implementation projects in the United States. You will configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM to meet complex business requirements, serve as the primary contact for issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite.
• Experience with implementing or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred.
• Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation preferred.
• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
• US Citizen; must pass a full investigation for a Non‑Sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud HCM to meet business requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application related issues and provide troubleshooting and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems.
• Train and mentor junior team members in Oracle Cloud HCM best practices.
• Lead and participate in system testing and end-user training.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date on Oracle Cloud Financials functionality and updates.
• Provide Technical/Functional support to Business Development sales pursuits.
