Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to lead deployment across HCM modules including Recruitment, Core HR and Talent Management. You will drive discovery, design, configuration, and deployments for enterprise clients in a dynamic team environment.

Role requires coordinating with stakeholders, delivering on timelines and ensuring quality across project phases. Bachelor's degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud project implementations including HCM Recruitment Cloud and Global HR Cloud.
• Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
• Experience driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirements elicitation, configuration and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints and project phases.
• Support development, integration and customization of enterprise application packages per requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and expectations.
