Job summary

Compass International Holdings in the United States seeks an experienced HR Technology professional to partner on Oracle HCM Cloud and advance the HR technology roadmap.

The role focuses on optimizing HR systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and scalable employee lifecycle automation across multi-country needs.

You will lead implementation, governance, and collaborate with People Operations to deliver best-in-class processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HRIS/HR Technology experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing HR tech systems.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with People Operations to implement solutions.
• Regularly review processes, create action plans.
• Assist in establishing a long-term HR Technology roadmap.
• Ensure audit and security protocols are followed.
• Identify process and compliance improvement opportunities.
• Manage delivery of people processes and programs; set objectives and timelines.
• Lead development and training of HR systems policies and procedures.
• Deliver clear, best-in-class processes ensuring data integrity and automation.
• Maintain awareness of HRIS trends; evaluate AI, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities.
• Lead assessment, testing, change management, and deployment related to Oracle quarterly releases.
• Serve as product owner and SME for assigned Oracle HCM modules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
