Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 3 in Irvine, CA to drive cross-functional ERP initiatives focused on Oracle Cloud HCM. You will engage with executives, define scope, and lead multi-module HR transformations across global teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and change management, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and program leadership. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle cloud HCM - core HR, self-service.
• Experience in HR systems, specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 or more major HCM modules: Global HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation.
• Understanding of global HR processes, HR operations, and compliance.
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI & Dashboards, REST & SOAP APIs for HCM
• Familiarity with role-based security, workforce structures, and global/local HR configuration.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Ability to guide design decisions, perform cross-module impact analysis, and own architecture governance.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making for project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define scope and foster consensus.
• Evaluate and refine project management processes for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize estimates.
• Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps.
