Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced Package Project Lead 2 to guide Oracle Fusion projects across global implementations. You will define objectives, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage budgets, and help shape technical proposals while ensuring client alignment and risk mitigation.

The role requires deep Oracle Fusion expertise, strong leadership, and experience with ERP, SCM, and HCM modules, plus cloud and integration skills. Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect.
• Experience with Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country deployments.
• Experience in Oracle Apps PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: ERP (Financials), SCM, HCM/PPM/EPM.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware.
• Data migration tools (FBDI, HDL).
• Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Cloud, security, and architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).
• Experience with Enterprise architecture design and solution blueprinting.
• Experience in integration and data architecture strategy.
• Experience with security, compliance, and performance design.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective.
