Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR) configurations.
• Experience configuring Workforce Compensation Cloud and Payroll Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes to draft requirement specs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture for customization and integration efforts.
• Design advanced ERP customizations and collaborate with the development team to implement them.
• Develop integration workflows and lead large-scale data migrations to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization, security, and compliance initiatives across ERP deployments.
• Create detailed documentation and lead training workshops for diverse user groups.
