Job summary

Infosys Limited in Irvine is seeking a Technology Consultant 3 with deep Oracle-like project experience to lead requirements, designs, and delivery across complex ERP programs. You will drive architecture-aligned development, testing, and deployment with offshore teams, while fostering client partnerships and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, quality, and AMS-enabled rollout strategies in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to mentor and shape project roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and Infosys high maturity project planning and execution.
• Experience in foundational and development process generic and cloud application development process.
• At least 2 full life cycles of ERP (Any SaaS product) implementation and rollout experience and AMS model driving.
• Functional/technical leadership in ERP programs and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents from client workshops and interviews.
• Craft designs, prototypes, and align with architecture to optimize functionality.
• Develop complex software applications and set coding standards with the team.
• Design and execute testing strategies for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guide system infrastructure implementation and deployment aligned with schedules.
• Ensure smooth rollouts and minimal operational disruption across environments.
• Analyze incident trends, identify root causes, and propose sustainable fixes.
• Provide insights and build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and aid in tool selection and roadmap planning.
• Support proposals and RFPs with technical insights for delivery success.
