Infosys Limited, a global Oracle services leader, seeks a Package Consultant 3 to optimize ERP processes, design architectures, and lead large-scale data migrations across global HR transformations. You will implement advanced ERP customizations and integration workflows with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes Oracle HCM Cloud, HDL/OTBI, and security/compliance, supporting multi-country deployments and complex HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Talent Management: Goals, Performance, Talent Profile, Talent Review, Succession.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Self-Service.
• Experience with Recruitment cloud and HCM Cloud technical expertise.
• Experience with 3+ major HCM modules: Global HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation.
• Experience with HDL, OTBI, Dashboards, REST & SOAP APIs for HCM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop software applications with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps.
• Lead large-scale data migration strategies ensuring data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization and lead compliance initiatives via audits.
• Create documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops.
