Qualifications

Experience in Oracle cloud HCM - core HR, self-service.
Experience in HR systems, specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Hands-on experience with at least 3 or more major HCM modules: Global HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation.
Understanding of global HR processes, HR operations, and compliance.
Familiarity with HDL, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits), BI Publisher, OTBI & Dashboards, REST & SOAP APIs for HCM
Knowledge of security models, role-based security, and global/local HR configuration.
Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Ability to guide design decisions, perform cross-module impact analysis, and own architecture governance.
Experience leading large HR transformation programs across global organizations.
Ability to create Architecture documents, Solution design documents, Data flow diagrams.
Experience in security models, test strategy documents.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives.
Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes.
Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks.
Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets.
Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies.
Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals.
Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations.
