Job summary

Deloitte GPS is seeking a Senior Manager to lead IT/ERP project management engagements with federal, state, and local government clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate multi-vendor teams, and oversee PMO operations, budgets, and staffing. A Public Trust-friendly candidate with strong communication skills is essential.

Travel up to 50% may be required. The role emphasizes governance, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (or comparable HCM/ERP) implementations.
• 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations, ideally in a multi-vendor environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams
• Leading full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness
• Ensuring requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams
• Directing PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables
• Coordinating prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies
• Overseeing organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness
• Managing project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact
