Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager in the GPS practice to lead IT/ERP projects, including Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact.

Travel up to 50% is expected; a Public Trust clearance is required. This role supports U.S. government and public sector clients, offering significant impact and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years of budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractor management in multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 50% on average based on client work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated plans across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment of design decisions across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery.
• Oversee organizational change management and user adoption training.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing; serve as primary client-facing contact.
