Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager in the Government & Public Services (GPS) practice to lead IT/ERP project delivery for public sector clients in the United States. You will own end-to-end plans, coordinate multi-vendor teams, and manage budgets and staffing.

The role requires 7+ years of IT/ERP PM experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, travel up to 50%, and US work authorization. You will drive governance, change management, and client relationships to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, incl. 3+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors in multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with an integrated plan across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment of key design decisions across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery.
• Oversee change management and training to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage project financials, contracts, staffing, and client-facing communications.
