Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to own end-to-end IT/ERP project delivery for government and public sector clients in the US. You will oversee multi-vendor teams, manage budgets, and drive deployment readiness across Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

The role requires 7+ years in IT/ERP PM, 3+ full lifecycles, and ability to travel up to 50%. Public Trust clearance and US work authorization are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/ERP project management with at least 3 full ERP/Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors in multi-vendor settings.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on client engagements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated plans across technical and functional streams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycles: design, config, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and documented design decisions across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractors and multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery.
• Oversee change management and training to drive user adoption.
• Manage project financials, contracts, staffing and client-facing communications.
