Job summary

Deloitte's GPS practice seeks a Senior Manager to own end-to-end IT/ERP project delivery, leading multi-vendor teams and ensuring successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for federal, state, and local government clients.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, while driving organizational change and training to ensure user adoption and deployment readiness. This role requires US work authorization and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience with full-lifecycle implementations.
• Experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on client and assignment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and design decisions are documented and aligned across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery.
• Oversee organizational change management and training for user adoption.
• Manage project financials, contracts, staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and client-facing communication.
