Job summary

Stafford Gray is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant to lead Core HR and Performance Management activities for a client engagement. You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders, gather requirements, and advise on solution design across Oracle HCM modules.

Travel to New Mexico may be required depending on project needs. The role requires proven expertise in Core HR and Performance Management, with strong communication skills suitable for presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant on Core HR and Performance Management.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred).
• Experience with Talent/Performance calibration cycles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management modules
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on solution design
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Performance business processes
• Translate business requirements into system configuration and process recommendations
• Support testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
