Job summary

The Stafford Gray Group is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant to support Core HR and Performance Management configurations for a client engagement in New Mexico. You will work with senior client stakeholders to guide business process design and provide functional direction across modules.

Responsibilities include leading Core HR and Performance Management configuration, translating requirements into system settings, and supporting testing and stakeholder sign-off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant on Core HR and Performance Management.
• Strong communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Overview: Stafford Gray is supporting a client engagement requiring a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant with expertise in Core HR and Performance Management. The consultant will work directly with senior client stakeholders to support configuration, business process design, and functional guidance across these modules.
