Job summary

Apex IT is seeking an Oracle HCM Critical Care Consultant to serve as the primary SME for Oracle Core HR within a managed services environment. You will resolve complex production issues, lead critical client escalations, and advise on best practices while ensuring Core HR stability across the org.

The role requires strong Oracle HCM Cloud/Payroll knowledge and experience coordinating with Payroll and Technical teams. Remote and on-site work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Core HR
• Experience providing production support in a managed services environment
• Strong understanding of Workforce Structures, Employment Lifecycle, security configuration, and data access
• Familiarity with HDL, HCM extracts, and OTBI reporting
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll concepts is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Oracle Cloud Core HR production support
• Lead high-priority incidents and client escalations
• Coordinate resolution across HR, Payroll, Technical, and Oracle Support teams
• Advise on best practices and Oracle Cloud functionality
• Mentor junior consultants and support resources
• Develop knowledge articles and client recommendations
