Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead to design, configure, implement and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions. You will partner with HR, IT and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant processes and drive operational efficiency.

The role requires leading workshops, roadmap development, and managing updates, with travel up to 50%+. A strong background in benefits and HCM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years experience with Oracle HCM solutions and Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, optimization and support of Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on HCM best practices and roadmaps.
• Configure benefits plans, enrollment processes, and life events.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across functions.
