Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions for clients nationwide. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience, and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of Oracle HCM and Fusion Benefits configuration experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions.
• Serve as functional SME for Core HR, Benefits Administration, Life Events, Open Enrollment.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specs and system configurations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance.
• Maintain data integrity and governance across HCM platforms.
• Manage system updates, quarterly Oracle releases, and regression testing activities.
