Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to join the Oracle Services practice. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.

You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and external vendors to deliver analytics, manage quarterly releases, and drive automation. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience are required, with up to 50% travel and a hybrid US work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events and enrollment processes.
• Support Open Enrollment planning, testing, execution, and post-enrollment audits.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party administrators for accurate data.
• Lead configuration and support for Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journeys, and related HCM functionality.
• Manage system updates, quarterly Oracle releases, and regression testing.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
