Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience and compliance.

Willingness to travel up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment and post‑production support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.
Provide strategic guidance on HCM best practices and roadmap initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
