Job Summary
The Oracle HCM Functional Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, supporting HR, payroll, and workforce analytics. This role performs complex system configurations, advanced data analysis, and high-level problem-solving to enhance HR technology solutions. The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical subject matter expert and strategic partner, collaborating with HR leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders to improve system functionality and data-driven decision-making.
