JOB DESCRIPTION
Role 1 : Core HR – Functional Consultant
  • Skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in Core HR. Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on Core HR functionalities. Responsible for analyzing client needs, designing solutions, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules. Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with clients to understand HR requirements and document functional needs.
  • Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, develop functional specs and process flows, ensure best practices.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Conduct system testing, facilitate data migration, and ensure data integrity.
  • Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support, stay updated with new releases, propose enhancements, share best practices.
Role 2 : Compensation – Functional Consultant
  • At least 2 implementations in Compensation; expertise in Base Compensation, Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total Rewards.
  • Experience on 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role, with skills in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, fast formulas, and functional design.
  • Understanding of Payroll and Absence modules is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
  • Functional design preparation, knowledge of Absence and Compensation modules, ability to implement enhancements.
Role 3 : Oracle HCM Talent Acquisition Functional Consultant
  • Minimum 1 implementation in Talent Management, with 5-9 years of overall experience.
  • Expertise in Dynamic Skills, Talent Profile, Goal & Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review.
  • Experience on 1-2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects, requirement gathering, fast formulas for eligibility profiles, and understanding module interactions.
  • Good communication skills.
Role 4 : Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional Consultant
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM Recruitment.
  • Lead requirements process, develop specifications, coordinate with technical teams, and mentor analysts.
  • Experience in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM projects, leading teams, and supporting business transformation.
  • Skills in PowerPoint, Jira, and related tools are advantageous.
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA or master's in business, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM support and implementation.
