Qualifications

• 6+ ans d'expérience en tant que consultant technique Oracle HCM.
• Connaissance des intégrations et du support post-Déploiement.
• Compétent en rédaction de documentation technique et scripts de test SIT/UAT.

Responsibilities

• Participer à des projets d'implémentation de bout en bout en tant que consultant technique.
• Gathering requirements et mapping des exigences avec le produit Cloud.
• Assurer le support des tests d'acceptation utilisateur et des activités post-lancement.

• Should have At least 6+ Years of Experience in Oracle HCM as Technical Consultant
• Must have experience in integration
• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical
• Should be an expert in HCM Extracts
• knowledge in EBS HRMS would be a value add
• Good in outbound integrations
• BI Reports + HDL knowledge
• Product Skills
• Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
• Should have participated as a technical/techno-function resource in end-to-end implementation projects
• Strong expertise in SQL and a good understanding of HCM tables
• Good hands-on HDL/ HCM Extracts / BIP / Rest API.
• Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Experience in creating Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.
• Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
