Job summary

Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance applications, training partners and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with business partners and IT to improve ERP operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage change across teams. Strong communication is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Experience in hospital or health system finance operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
• Document current and future needs through interviews and data gathering.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems.
