Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools while mentoring junior staff and partnering with business users to improve system usage.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in IT or business admin or related field.
3+ years of ERP or functional business systems experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.

Aufgaben

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
Identify opportunities for ERP/financial planning and forecasting improvements.
Document current and future processes through interviews and data gathering.
