Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, providing junior-level support, configuration, and training for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools.

You will mentor peers, partner with finance, IT, and business units, and ensure smooth operation of ERP systems. The position emphasizes collaboration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related field required or equivalent.
Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.
3+ years in ERP systems or functional business systems.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
Hospital or health system finance operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting and integrations.
Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
Identify opportunities for ERP and FP&A process improvements.
Report project issues to the application manager.
Deliver work products within scope and guidelines for config/development.
Analyze and document current and future needs and workflows.
Participate in planning, development, maintenance, support, and evaluation of systems.
Contribute in team meetings; maintain competency in the area.
Exhibit excellent communication with business partners and ERP team.
