Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to drive cross-functional initiatives across finance and IT. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance-related Oracle Fusion ERP applications, while training and mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration, issue resolution, and proactive administration to ensure high availability and optimal use of ERP tools across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in ERP systems, with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in hospital or health system finance operations preferred.
• Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance processes.
• Reports project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
