Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance initiatives. You will train staff, collaborate with Finance and IT, and ensure reliable system performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork within a hospital/health system context. Remote-state eligibility exists per policy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in ERP or functional business systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital or health system finance operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
• Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Deliver work products that meet project requirements and guidelines.
• Document current and future needs through interviews and data gathering.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of ERP systems.
• Contribute in team meetings and maintain competency.
• Communicate effectively with business partners and ERP team members.
