Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP performance management modules. Responsibilities include configuring planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications, mentoring junior staff, and partnering with finance and IT to optimize ERP usage.

Formación

• 3+ years in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital/health system finance operations experience preferred.
• Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, configuration, testing and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting and forecasting improvements.
• Report project issues to the application manager and ensure quality delivery.
• Analyze current and future needs through interviews and data gathering.
• Participate in planning, development, maintenance and evaluation of applications.
• Contribute in team meetings and maintain competency in assigned area.
• Communicate effectively with business partners and ERP team members.
