Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our Oracle Services practice. You will lead the functional side of Fusion HCM and Benefits implementations, guiding requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment for large-scale, complex programs across client organizations.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, shaping future‑state roadmaps and delivering compliant, data-driven solutions while supporting change management and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future‑state roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and coordinate activities across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
