Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to lead benefits configuration and Core HR modules, partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance teams on large lifecycle initiatives. You’ll drive requirements, design, testing, and post-production support across Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.

You’ll also guide Open Enrollment, vendor collaboration, and regulatory compliance, while delivering analytics and dashboards to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment processes.
• Support annual Open Enrollment planning, testing, execution, and post-enrollment audits.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment data.
• Lead configuration and support for Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journeys, and related HCM functionality.
• Manage system updates, quarterly Oracle releases, and regression testing activities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support compliance audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
