Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM specialist to lead benefits configuration and core HCM activities. The role involves requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and deployment across a national client base.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate data, ongoing governance and compliant processes. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering complex HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of Oracle HCM support experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, rates, eligibility, life events, and enrollment processes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and vendors.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports and dashboards.
