Visionaire Partners, LLC. seeks a Lead/Manager to spearhead a major cloud transformation, migrating core financial operations to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle EPM, in a hybrid Atlanta setting.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on configuration, scripting, and testing across R2R, GL, AP, AR, FA, and EPM. The position requires hands-on delivery of up to 50% and oversight of governance, architecture, and quarterly release cycles, while ensuring data integrity and robust

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA).
Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Hands-on configuration, scripting, and system troubleshooting.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

Drive the financial systems roadmap aligned with IT architecture, audit, and security standards.
Perform up to 50% direct technical delivery (scripting, module setup, testing, release controls).
Govern external implementation partners, direct workstream delivery, and mentor internal teams.
Ensure master data integrity, close readiness, and manage quarterly Oracle release cycles.
