Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead complex implementation, upgrade, integration, and optimization projects for enterprise clients. This role serves as the key liaison between executive stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors, driving successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.

The Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team coordination. The ideal candidate has strong Oracle ERP project management experience, a deep understanding of enterprise business processes, and the ability to guide executive stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors through successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, and optimization projects for enterprise clients.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and resource coordination across the full project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Support successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and related modules.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate functional, technical, integration, reporting, and data migration workstreams.
• Manage client expectations, project governance, and steering committee communications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution workshops, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate offshore, onshore, and third-party delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies and quality standards.
• Support organizational change management and end-user readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP project management experience.
• 5+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
