Job summary
Mosaic Life Care in Missouri seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management modules. You will lead junior-level support and configuration of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools, while training and mentoring peers.
You will collaborate with finance and IT to ensure ERP systems support enterprise goals, drive process improvements, and maintain high availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field required.
- 3+ years experience in ERP systems with increasing responsibility required.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support required.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Lead collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
- Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance improvements.
- Demonstrates accountability in delivering tasks and reporting progress to the application manager.
