As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities listed below are foundational and do not cover the entirety of duties. They may evolve based on the project's nature, timing, and scope.
- Responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients, from an all-remote environment, managing team calls using Microsoft Teams, Email, and direct-communication methods. Understands interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Project Delivery – Manage the day-to-day project activities and deliverables, including schedules/project plans, financials, project scope and change requests, project results, metrics, tests, and deployment management activities.
- Requirement Gathering – Facilitate the collection and analysis of requirements by engaging with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Project Planning and Design – Develop comprehensive project plans, including, but not limited to other project management documents such as RASIC charts and risk registers to ensure a clear framework for project governance, roles, responsibilities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership and Coordination – Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Sets and continually manages project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders. Mentors project team members with a highly-collaborative, high-functioning goal approach.
- Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential challenges that may impact project timelines, budget, scope, quality, and people.
- Stakeholder Management – Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management to ensure expectations are managed and project updates are communicated timely and effectively.Provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
- Quality Assurance and Deployment – Oversee the testing and quality assurance process to ensure the Oracle Cloud EPM solution meets client needs and specifications. Manage the deployment phase, ensuring smooth transition.
- Effective Problem Solving – Ability to apply various problem-solving techniques to address and resolve any challenge or roadblocks that present themselves during the project.
- Has led and successfully delivered at least three full-cycle implementations of Oracle EPM as the Lead Project Manager. This specific criterion is vital for demonstration of the following:
- Agile/Hybrid methodology proficiency
- Proven leadership and delivery
- Real-world problem solving
- Ability to lead, proven interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated Oracle Cloud expertise.

Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) experience is a plus
- Understanding of Financial processes
- PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus
Location & Logistics
The position is to be located in the continental United States. This role may require travel, which will vary based on project needs and phases, but could average out to approximately 25%-50%.
