Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Location: Remote (Candidate must be in US)

Experience: 7-13 years

We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex Agile initiatives in remote environments. The ideal candidate will bring both deep hands-on experience and advanced Agile certifications to drive end-to-end project execution across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile teams across multiple high-impact projects
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies (PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt workshops, etc.)
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and delivery
• Apply Agile and SAFe best practices to support program execution, DevOps integration, and architectural runway
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile mindset and continuous improvement practices
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Drive process improvements in Agile team facilitation and delivery excellence

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

Candidates must have all of the following certifications:

• ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation
• Atlassian Certified Associate – Jira Software Essentials

Required Experience:

• 8 to 13 years of experience in Agile Project Management
• Proven success leading remote Agile teams across various time zones
• Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Agile frameworks
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
