Location: Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support a high-volume web operations team.

This role focuses on executing and improving web content using Sitecore CMS, with an emphasis on responsive design, accessibility, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content in Sitecore CMS
• Meet with stakeholders to interpret content requests and implement updates
• Optimize content structure for usability, searchability, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1+)
• Design responsive web pages and create/edit visual content using Adobe Photoshop
• Provide solutions for content organization and design challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams on digital strategies to support program delivery
• Ensure web content aligns with branding, accessibility, and policy standards

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with Sitecore CMS
• Experience creating accessible and responsive informational graphics and data visualizations
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
• Understanding of web content best practices, including accessibility compliance and SEO
• Experience embedding and formatting visual tools (Tableau, ArcGIS, Microsoft BI)
• Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field
• Full-time, remote position, must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work without restriction
• Initial 1-year assignment with potential for extension
