Role - Project Manager Level II

Hourly Rate - $52

Remote position

Contract till end of the year / 12/2025

Must Have for this role:

• This PM needed to work and interact with VP Technology, Product Mgmt. Director & DPG teams.
• Looking for a person who has strong hands-on experience in working in technology projects.
• Need some who has worked with the multiple and the complex projects at a time and a should have a strong cross functional experience.
• We are also looking for a rapid collaborator who can be able to spot the things that are not right and lightening up them.
• This person should have minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong project management certifications.
• Must have experience in Jira, confluence, Asana, Smartsheet.
• Need PMP Certification.
• Need baseline level of technical sophistication
• Worked on technology projects before such that they know when to involve stakeholders
• Have enough experience they’re able to identify technology dependencies as they relate to the other functions & stakeholders
• Relay technical details -- Need to ensure important details are not lost in translation

We are seeking a Senior Cross-Functional Project Manager to lead the strategic execution of a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative. This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who thrives in complex environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and brings a strong technical foundation to ensure seamless execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of a cross-functional strategic program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish and manage a comprehensive project plan, collaborating with team leads and executive sponsors.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and present actionable mitigation strategies.
• Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Design and document a master project plan and best practices playbook for current and future initiatives.
• Drive accountability across teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality of all program milestones.
• Provide regular project reporting and insights to the PMO and steering committee.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across all project workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Proven ability to manage technical dependencies and stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Slack, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to work with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
