Job summary

SMX seeking accomplished Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions.

The role covers requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and user training, with cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives. A minimum of five years' experience and active clearance or public trust is required.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust background based on sponsor.
• Experience with iProcurement, iSupplier, Trading Partners and SLA.
• Ability to tailor Oracle Applications to client needs.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x schema and ability to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and test designs.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining training documentation.
• Experience with MyOracleSupport and resolving Service Requests.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis: gather and document requirements for new features and configurations in Oracle EBS.
• Solution design: translate needs into functional specs and design system solutions.
• Configuration and implementation: configure Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements.
• Testing: create test plans, scripts, and perform functional testing including UAT.
• Functional support: provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, coordinate with technical teams.
• Collaboration: bridge between business units and technical teams for integration.
• Process improvement: analyze processes and identify Oracle EBS improvements.
• Documentation and training: develop system and user docs, deliver training.
