Location: US Nationwide, Remote/Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountability for technical strategies, architecture, and design of complex projects.
• Set and oversee technical standards and best practices.
• Design technology solutions, analyze business needs, and review project scope and timelines.
• Lead client workshops, manage risks, and influence stakeholders.
• Monitor product releases and communicate updates to clients.
• Resolve complex technical issues and collaborate across the Oracle ecosystem.
• Contribute to sales pursuits and practice development initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions.
• Experience with AI, OCI, OIC, VBCS, and related cloud services.
• Strong background in designing scalable architectures, enterprise integrations, and BI reporting.

Leadership & People Development:

• Minimum 5+ years of people management experience, including second-line leadership.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Mentoring, coaching, and recruiting experience.

Qualifications:

Range in USD: $139,400 - $291,800 per year, with potential bonuses and benefits. Candidates should demonstrate leadership in managing teams, driving projects, and fostering innovation.
