Base pay range

$96,600.00/yr - $172,800.00/yr

About The Opportunity

As the Partner Communications Enablement, Sr. Manager at Dayforce, you will be a key leader in how we engage with our partner ecosystem and field teams through strategic communication. You will shape and execute communication programs that bring our partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy to life—driving alignment, clarity, and engagement across audiences.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Partner GTM Enablement, you’ll play a central role in building and evolving the communication strategy in partnership with leadership. You’ll lead the design and implementation of communications frameworks and programs that support partner adoption, internal sales alignment, and business growth.

This is a high-impact, highly collaborative individual contributor role ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives on turning complex ideas into compelling narratives—and has the executional rigor to drive those narratives into action.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Strategic Communication Planning & Execution
    • Develop and implement communications plans and frameworks that align with Dayforce’s partner GTM objectives.
    • Shape communication strategy elements, including audience segmentation, cadence, messaging focus, and delivery channels.
    • Lead key initiatives such as partner program rollouts, GTM campaigns, and strategic announcements.
    • Ensure communication efforts are timely, coordinated, and aligned across partner and internal sales audiences.
  • Enablement Content & Messaging
    • Create strategic messaging and content that reinforces the partner value proposition and enables sales collaboration.
    • Own the development of high-impact materials including executive briefings, partner updates, campaign messaging, and enablement assets.
    • Partner with the Manager to ensure alignment and consistency across communications programs and touchpoints.
    • Translate product, marketing, and enablement strategies into clear, actionable partner communications.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Serve as a key communications lead in cross-functional working groups and strategic planning initiatives.
    • Advocate for a culture of transparent, consistent, and impactful communication across both the partner ecosystem and internal sales organization.
    • Promote unified, partner-first messaging across internal GTM channels and programs.
    • Influence the integration of partner communications into global campaigns and field initiatives.
  • Measurement & Feedback
    • Define and evolve the strategic communications measurement framework, establishing KPIs that align with partner engagement, field enablement, and GTM success.
    • Identify and prioritize metrics that drive decision-making across communication channels, formats, and audiences.
    • Analyze patterns across programs to surface audience insights, behavior trends, and content performance at a strategic level.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to GTM and Enablement leadership that shape the future of partner communications strategy.
    • Partner with the Manager to operationalize measurement frameworks and ensure consistency in execution and reporting.
Skills And Experience We Value

  • 7+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Communications, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth for both partners and field teams.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and field teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with enablement and communication tools such as PRM, Sales Enablement platforms, LMS, CRM (Salesforce), and content management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure communication impact and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

This role marks a significant shift from a training-based enablement approach to a communication-driven model. Instead of solely focusing on training delivery, the emphasis is on ensuring that partners and field teams receive the right message, at the right time, through the right channels—leading to greater clarity, alignment, and impact.

The successful candidate will be a strategic communicator who can elevate how Dayforce engages with its partners and field teams, driving both adoption and revenue acceleration.
