Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Project Manager to join our Oracle Cloud Consulting team, focusing on Public Sector and K12 engagements in the US. The role is permanent and full-time with travel to customer sites as needed.

You will lead complex, multi‑year engagements, guide project teams, and partner with IBM delivery leadership to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality. Strong Oracle Cloud and public sector experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years consulting experience or equivalent in public sector projects.
• Experience with ERP and HCM SaaS, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑year engagements.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams across public sector engagements.
• Define project objectives, schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery leadership.
• Develop statements of work and manage client expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities within clients.
