Job summary

Ora Apps Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations for US Public Sector clients.

You will drive ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM deployments and manage cross‑functional teams toward on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of program management in enterprise Oracle Cloud projects, deep public sector domain knowledge, PMP certification, and strong executive communication skills to align with federal/state/local procurement and security

Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations.
Public Sector IT/ERP project experience for US Federal, State, Local Government, or Higher Education.
Deep understanding of public sector business processes (Fund Accounting, Grant Management, Procurement, Civil Service HR).
Familiar with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies (Oracle Modern Best Practice, AIM/OUM).
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of Oracle Cloud implementation projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM) from scope/discovery through go-live and support.
Ensure solutions align with federal, state, or local government compliance, security requirements, and procurement standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, agency leads, and vendor partners.
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
Guide cross-functional teams of technical architects, functional consultants, and client personnel.
